NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final.
Each item sold by Rotten Sun Arthouse is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once an order has been placed.
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Made-to-order or print-on-demand products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, a new order must be placed.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.
However, custom and made-to-order products are exempt from this regulation and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
