- **Estimated delivery:** 10–17 business days after production
### Express Shipping
- **Cost:** $19.95–$24.95 CAD
- **Estimated delivery:** 7–12 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery can vary due to production volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.
All orders are made to order. Production time is required before shipping begins.
SHIPPING REGION
Rotten Sun Arthouse currently ships within Canada only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

All items are made to order through print-on-demand production.
Production time:
2–5 business days
Production time is required before shipping begins. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

FULFILLMENT & CARRIERS
Orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand production and shipped from fulfillment warehouses servicing Canada.
Shipments are handled by trusted carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Other regional carriers as required
Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, package size, and availability.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rotten Sun Arthouse is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Refused, unclaimed, or returned shipments
Orders returned due to address issues will not be refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
Approved claims may receive a replacement. Refunds are not issued.
